About CORRA
My name is Corrado and CORRA Chocolatier is me.
My career has been a long pursuit of excellence, shaped by the world’s best chocolate productions and most famous culinary venues. My journey began in Switzerland, where I first approached the craft and built my foundation in pastry and chocolate. From there, I moved to Paris to learn from the very best, eventually transitioning to the high pressure environments of London’s five star hotels and most prestigious private members' clubs. In each of these places, I learned that there are infinite lessons to be found if you are willing to work for them.
This project, however, is something different, it is about a personal vision. It is the result of years spent honing my craft, waiting until I felt the true confidence and readiness to step out on my own. This work is born from a deep love for the job and a belief that the highest quality chocolate shouldn't be reserved only as a rare luxury.
My goal is simple: I want to make chocolate that is perfect for a big celebration, but also a everyday treat. I put all my passion for food into every piece to create what I believe will be your favorite chocolates. After all, you know it’s good when the whole box is finished before you even realize it.
